Do you have a phone number?
No we do not, to keep our prices as low as they are we ship directly from our warehouse to you.
Can I come and pick up the goods from you?
No we do not have this as an option as our warehouse is closed to the public. This is part of the reason why our prices are so low.
Can I inspect the goods before I buy?
Please check the product condition rating before buying, our warehouse is closed to the public and we are unable to facilitate outside visitations by the public. This is how we keep our prices this low.
How do I return something?
Please contact us via email and we will organise for your return to be sent back to us for a replacement or refund once a return authorisation has been issued.
How do I speak/communicate with 2nd Time Right?
In order to keep our prices this low, all of our customer interaction is via email.
What type of products do you sell are they new or used? Do they come with a warranty?
2nd Time Right sells, brand new old stock, clearance stock, end of life stock, open box, factory refurbished, demo, ex lease and refurbished stock. We do not buy from the public and everything 2ndtimeright sells comes with a warranty. Check each individual product listing for its condition and warranty period.
